Technical Support

Strive Software International offers ongoing technical support to all clients through our dedicated Help Desk. Available from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, as well as emergency contact details for after-hours support.


Strive Software International offers all clients detailed implementation training, refresher training, as well as training for new staff members. Training can be held either onsite at your college or at the Strive Software International office.

ICAS® Hosting

Strive Software International offers ICAS®, ICAS® Express and ICAS® Corporate training clients a full hosting service. The hosting service offers anytime, anywhere access, reducing the requirement for additional costly infrastructure and IT staff. In addition, the hosting service includes faster implementation, updates, licensing, off-site backup, maintenance and support.
